Can't connect/delete to Netflix
Setting up bills. Clicked on Netflix icon. Typed in credentials. Returns with message that Netflix is telling Quicken my Netflix account is either closed/suspended/inactive. It's not. Username and password are correct. Won't let me delete the Netflix bill from the bills screen. No option to delete, only try again, link reminder, go to website. This bill doesn't show up on the Ctrl-J page. When I try to go to Online Payees in the tools tab it is grayed out. I just want to delete the Netflix online bill and enter it manually.
