The budget items for budget ___ was not synced.

When I am in Quicken 2019, go to Mobile and Web and click Sync, I get an error saying the following:

"The budget items for budget "current budget" were not synced.
Invalid answerValue -4,404,029,270 for parameter amount. Value must be between -1,000,000,000 and 1,000,000,000.

    That seems to point to corrupted budget data in your Quicken data file.
    I would try these steps:
    Do you have multiple budget tables within your Quicken data file?
    If so, delete all old unused budget tables except the current one.
    Now Reset Sync so that a completely new Sync file including new budget data is uploaded.
    Does the error persist?
