Stuck in loop with logon to Quicken.com? Quicken fails to start? Quicken won't let me save changes to lists or transactions (Windows 10)
Check if Windows Defender feature Ransomware protection is enabled. Configure or deactivate the Ransomware feature (may also be called "Controlled Folders")

To add Quicken as an "allowed app" without turning off Ransomware protection see https://www.windowscentral.com/how-enable-controlled-folder-access-windows-10-fall-creators-update

Have you recently enabled a VPN? If so, this might be the problem. Try turning the VPN off and see if that helps.

Hello [email protected],
I apologize that you have not yet received a response.
Is the issue still occurring? Are you going to quicken.com from a browser, trying to update your accounts in Quicken, sync your file to the Cloud, get on the mobile app or web companion, or is it something else that you are attempting to do? What error message are you receiving, and does it give you the option to report a problem?
There are no trending issues as far as Quicken Online Services being down or inaccessible, so please let us know the details of what you are experiencing.
Thank you,
Quicken Natalie
