Have a red flag on a credit account, "You have 4 transactions to review," but cannot find them.

My Amex account has had a red flag for 2 years. When I click on it, the message is "You have 4 transactions to review." I have gone back 20 2014 (the earliest in my records, but everything is apparently Reconciled. How do I find the transactions that are causing the red flag?

    It took a roundabout way - several steps suggested by Quicken, leading to an unidentifiable error - then copying the entire data file and VOILA the error disappeared in the copied file. Still have no idea what the problem was, but since the next step was to Call Support, as long as it (apparently) works, I am a happy camper.
