Can't sign in after installing on new PC

Got a new PC. Installed Quicken (downloaded from web). When I open the app and sign in get the message screen below with two options:
- Did you purchase Quicken from Quicken.com? If you're seeing this screen it's possible your Quicken subscription is linked to another Quicken ID. Please choose sign out and sign in again with the email address associated with your Quicken purchase.
- Activate a New Quicken Subscription. Activation is easy and takes about five minutes. We'll walk you through.

I can sign in to Quicken online with no problems.
