Has the compatability issue with Windows been resolved?

I was hoping that the bug fix dealing with administrative rights would have been resolved.

You need to be more descriptive in this issue.  I'm running subscription Q on Win10 and have no rights/privs.

You have not answered  with a more descriptive explanation of the problem you are asking if it is fixed.  How is anyone expected to provide an answer to such a vague question?
