Sync to Mobile - Loss of Information

I have Quicken set up to automatically download transactions for one of my credit cards. I typically use the mobile app (iOS) to edit the downloaded transactions to reflect the proper categories. I also use the mobile app to record splits as well as notes associated with the transactions.

I recently used Quicken on my iMac to "sync to mobile." Doing so preserved the transactions, but killed my categorizations, splits, and notes. Do others have this problem? Am I doing something incorrectly?

    Others have occasionally reported this, an it isn't anything you are doing. Something is corrupted on the back end.

    I would restore from a backup, reset your cloud data, and then sync. Ideally, your desktop data should rebuild what is in the cloud. Do not repeatedly reset your cloud data as that can cause issues. Only do this once.
