Can't Exit Quicken
Over a week ago Quicken crashed when it was updating my Fidelity acct. I restarted Quicken and after an update had a message "There are no downloaded transactions to accept" in my Fidelity acct. Yet, I have a red flag on the account listing that tells me I have an update to process. I try to exit Quicken and I get the message "A one step update is in progress. Please wait until it finishes before exiting Quicken." I have not been able to exit Quicken for over a week.
