I can't see register when I have downloaded transactions.

When I download transactions into an account I can't see the register so I am unable to select the correct category or add a tag or memo. There is no way to change the view.

    I suggest you adjust the size of the register.  There is a grab point at the bottom of the register.  Hover the mouse cursor over the bottom of the last transaction until the double arrow appears, then click and drag to adjust the size of the register.
