Clr checkmark cleared after download

After the last update, ( Version 5.11.2 (Build 511.25679.100)) after bank (BB&T) download, some of the previously downloaded cleared transactions get reset to not cleared. (Clt checkmark is reset) Happens every download and impacts 2 or 3 transactions every time.

    I don't believe your issue is version (5.11) specific. 

    I would suspect more the backend mobile component causing issues. Have you tried resetting your cloud data? If you are not familiar with how to do that, post back.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I have reset my cloud data as suggested. Now Quicken won't connect to my bank accounts due to credential errors! I have re-entered the credentials and the same issue occurs. I will try again later. Love the program, but very frustrated with the download process. Seems to have an issue almost monthly where I need to reset everything.

    Just a warning: do not repeatedly reset your cloud data as that can cause issues. Only do this once.
