Credit Score update request in Quicken 2019 return error.

Multiple attempts over a month period to update credited score have returned the same error of a server error (screen shot attached) each time. Very frustrating. Any suggestions out there?

    Are you still receiving this error when attempting to update the credit score?

    If so, I would try signing in as a different user.
    1. Close Quicken
    2. Reopen Quicken
    3. Go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID, Sync & Alerts
    4. Click Sign in as a different user and log out of the file
    5. When prompted, sign in again with your same Quicken ID and password
