Where are the files for the custom invoices saved?

My Quicken is crashing when I try to save a customization on my invoice form. I read online that it has to do with where the template is saving. Anyone know where it should be saved? Or how I can find it?

    Now it's crashing even when I open the designer window. It's been validated and repairs. I've also saved as. Same result.

    Can you restore from  a backup that was created before this began?

    If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it. They may ask you to send in some crash reports and files to help debug this.
