I just updated my subscription and it will not restore my latest data.

It wants me to download Quicken 2014 and then open my latest file and then restore 2019 again and then try to open. I never had issues restoring my files with other upgrades. Any suggestions?

    Are you sure it's Quicken 2014 and not 2004? If so, tat usually means your Quicken data file is corrupt and you should try restoring a backup. Also, what is the full path to the folder that contains your data file?
