I am not sure this is the right place, but where do users make suggestions for future improvements? After over 15 of Using Quicken Windows, I recently moved to Quicken Mac. The latest version is really great. Three small suggestions.

1) In reports, please add the option to turn cents on and off.

2) In manage payees, add a column for “last used.”

3) When searching all transactions, add a checkbox to include closed accounts.

Thank you for reading.

You can add your VOTE to
First, click on each underlined link above to go there, then click the little grey triangle under the VOTE count at the top of page 1 in the blue banner, so your vote will count for THAT feature and increase its visibility to the developers by seeking to have the features you need or desire end up in the latest version (it may take a few seconds for your vote to register).

While you are at it, you may want to add your VOTE to related IDEAS found on the
List of Requests for Data Entry and Usability Options and Features and the List of Requests for Report Related Features. Click on the underlined link, then follow the instructions to add your vote to more related ideas.

@AVT As noted above, to make product suggestions, create a new Idea post for each side in the "Product Ideas - Quicken for Mac" category. This creates a box where you and other users can vote for the idea; ideas with more votes over time are more likely to get the attention of the development team.

Your third idea above already exists as an Idea thread: click here. the blue box under the text of the first post if where users can vote. In this case, fortunately, voting has been turned off because the developers have changed the status to "Planned." Not many Ideas get marked as definitely planned, so it's cause for happiness when they convey that they understand the need, agree, and plan to tackle it.

And your first idea exists as a thread: click here. The vote for it, click on the little gray arrow under the vote count, and you'll see the vote count increment by one.

For your other idea, create it as an Idea post so others can vote for it. Suggestion: it's a good idea to add a sentence or two, or an example, of why a proposed idea is important or how it would be useful. For instance, on your idea to have as "Last Used" column on the Payees screen, explain or give an example of how that would be helpful.  If the developers can understand the use case(s) for the proposed idea, they're more likely to "get it".

[EDITED TO ADD] I see that your post has already been placed in the Idea category and edited so people can vote on it.

    Hello All

This Idea seems to have fallen stagnant and due to the Age of the request and lack of User Votes/Comments, will be archived within the next 7 business days.

If you would like to see this Idea kept alive and considered for possible future implementation in Quicken, be sure to Add your Vote and a comment explaining how this Idea would be beneficial for you.

More information, including steps to vote and how to submit your own Ideas for future product features/improvements, is also available here.

The Payees window does include the "Uses" column, and one click on the number for any Payee shows all the uses, and thus the last-used date. But I agree with the original idea here: adding a Last Used date as a column in the Payees window would be helpful many times, without the need to click to generate a register of transactions to see that bit of information.

So I'd be in favor of keeping this Idea request alive, and requesting that the the developers add a "Last Used" column to the Payees window.

And, I'd add, making that column sortable, like the Uses column. This would enable easily finding recent Payees (perhaps you mistyped something, or a spouse entered something, and you don't know what to look for) or looking at your oldest Payees to identify ones to merge or mark hidden.
