EFT payments accepted but then not getting paid. Never Clearing

First time Quicken user. It all setup pretty easily. We have mobile and web setup. Our bills showed with the proper amounts that we owed. Credit cards and electric bill etc. We selected the payment method of EFT with the proper amount and day to be payed. The entry did go into our register but the payments never cleared after 4 days. Have did one time sync and cloud sync several times but still not showing on any web site that the bill has been paid. Are we missing something?
