Done Button Done Gone Away

My Done Button has done gone away!!!
I download my transactions from a few different banks and when the Downloaded Transactions list appears the Done button at the bottom right corner is gone. I scroll down and look for it but I canfirm it is not there.
Then...if I press the Bill and Income Reminders tab and then press the Downloaded Transactions tab again the Done button appears just like it has done for the last decade.
I would greatly appreciate your help.

If you haven't already, I suggest you resize the register. There is a grab point just below the last transaction. When the cursor changes into the vertical double headed arrow, press the left-button and drag up.0
