Quicken Crashes after entering my password (On Windows 10 pc)

I enter password, quicken initially shows file and help at the top and a blank screen, then it shows my accounts on the left side, projected balances and then crashes with the screen "Quicken unexpectedly quit the last time it was run." I've sent several "error reports". It had crashed mid week, and I didn't have time to address it. Today when I went to quicken, it installed an update, but I'm having the same crash/error.

Thanks for the responses. Unfortunately, I tried the Sherlock and Greg ideas, but continue to get the same error - even when trying to restore a backup datafile.0
