Automatic transactions stopped working

I used "Automatic" transactions to register direct deposits into my bank account. They stopped taking place about a year ago.
I also used "Automatic" transfers to transfer money within my bank account, but into different accounts within my bank account. For example, I had an "Automatic" transfer from my checking account into a "Reserve for Property Tax" account each month. These transfers also stopped working.
I've tried deleting them and creating new Automatic transfers, but they don't work.
I want to make them work for my widow, to set aside money for large annual expenditures. I've tried chats and phone calls to Quicken with no luck.
I'm using the newest subscription Quicken with Windows 10.
