RESOLVED 9/27/19 Unable to connect to Citi/OL-301 Error

Quicken for Windows users may receive an OL-301 error when attempting to add or update accounts with Citi. This is due to recent changes Citi has made internally, and they are beginning to deploy these changes to users. 

Citi should be up and running, however, some users may need to complete the steps listed below to resolve the error.

The steps required by Citi should be listed in the ConnLog.txt file as follows:

Citi recently updated its online banking experience. Beginning on 8/24/19, you may need to relink your Citi account to Quicken. You can complete this process if you refresh your Citi account data then visit https://citi.com/datamanagement to complete your secure connection.

As a reminder, you may only link one data file from your Citi account at a time. If you would like to add multiple data files, you must repeat the linking process on Citi’s website.
