how do i resolve a [http-400} error

when I try to sync from the desktop i always get the {http-400} error message

    Thank you for bringing this issue to the community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.

    What version/release of Quicken are you using? Do you automatically download transactions from your bank into Quicken? If so, what is the name of the financial institution(s) that you download from? Do you use the Quicken Mobile or Web apps? And what specific steps are you taking in Quicken that result in the error?

    I am using R21.16, Build 27.1.21.16. I do automatically download bank transactions every time I use Q. I download from Regions bank. I do use Quicken Mobile , but not very often. Once I complete the work for the current use of Q I backup my files with Quicken and then try to synchronize my files. that is when I get the http-400 error.

    Does Quicken have a data file limit? My data file is 43MB

    Thank you. I am having a problem opening Quicken sometimes and my files became corrupted on the Restore. Since I recovered with some manual intervention I am unable to back up to Quicken Cloud. Getting an error message "HTTP - 400"
    . Any ideas on this?

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    I am using Quicken 2019 Deluxe Release 21.16 Build 27.1.21.16. I download transactions from the NC State Employees /credit Union.

    The error occurs when I Click Mobile and web and then Sync now. I get the error and then it asks me to enter one of the account passwords. I do that and click update and it goes into an endless loop It appears to be syncing and then goes back to the select accounts page. When I select update It loops.

    I do use the mobile app and when I open it I am asked to go to the desktop and select the accounts I want access to.

    Quicken gets a client side error while syncing my data to Qicken mobile (http-400). tried several times with same result. How to fix???

    I have contacted Quicken at least 5 times and they are unable to solve the problem. When I try to SYNC it says I have not specified any account to be SYNC'ed. I have changed the accounts to be SYNC'ed many times and it does not work. Sometimes I get an error HTTP-400 and it says to contact Quicken. I have contacted them.
