Verizon account locked?

I am having issues with my Verizon bill. Quicken has displayed the "Your account is locked" message for the last week. I've read the community forums, performed all of the "fixes" the community has tried, to no avail.

    Sorry, to hear that you're experiencing this difficulty adding this bill and you have yet to receive a response.

    I was able to locate this bill your account details in our internal system and I show that this account has been locked with the message that new code can be requested in 24 hours.

    When adding this bill were you ever prompted to enter a code to connect?

    This can also happen if the credentials are incorrect, have you verified that you can sign into the Verizon website with the same credentials?
