Issue with One Step Update

For the past few days, when I run One Step Update, I get a message OL-254-B saying that Quicken cancelled the transmission at my request. I made no such request. I am also getting errors during Quicken Cloud sync and it was working before! It says Export Preferences failed. Try again later. I have also been trying, but get the same error for the past few days. I don't know what to do to correct these. Can you please give me instructions? Thanks, Jane
