What about those of us on 2017 and haven't migrated yet? Subscription patch will not run using 2017 program.

    That's a great question and thank you for sharing it with the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.

    If you are receiving a CC-501, CC-898 or "It's not your fault" error in Quicken for Windows 2017 and haven't already, please see the information and steps available here.

    If the error persists after attempting an "update now", I recommend contacting Quicken Support for assistance with some advanced troubleshooting steps which should include a review of your log files and the internal communications between Quicken and the Financial Institution(s).
