Online Biller: Farmers Insurance Account is Locked???

I'm unable to add Farmers Insurance as an Online Biller, as Quicken is telling me my account is locked. I went online, as instructed, and had no issue with the account. I also spoke with Farmers Insurance Technical Support, and was told the account is NOT locked.

Do we have a solution for this? Is anyone else having this problem?
