Unable to open file

Any idea why I am getting this message? When I attempt to rename and open the program shuts down. FYI -I have been using Quicken for a number of years and I have never seen this before.

What is the path to the folder that contains your Quicken data file? Are you using OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Backup? Do you have Controlled Folder Access enabled in Windows Defender?

Did a restart and attempted to open from the file. Same problem. Think reinstalling Quicken would help?0

What is the name of the file and does it possibly have a space just before the "."?
