Quicken stopped running after 9/2/19 downloaded update

Accepted the update offered for my subscription version of Quicken. On 'restart' it failed to run. Used the Microsoft 'remove' process to get rid of the broken quicken. Downloaded a fresh copy. Quicken still wouldn't work. Help.

  • I cannot get into Quicken. I get a message that a scheduled update is running and I have to wait.
    I’ve been waiting over 24 hours.
    I’m frustrated

    @kplessner Use the Windows Task Manager to kill QW.exe.  Then try again
