RESOLVED 09/06/19 Capital One Returns Multiple Errors

edited October 14 in Alerts
We have received notice from our Service Providers that all instances of Capital One, such as Capital One Bank, 360, Card Services, etc. are intermittently slowing connections and all Quicken for Windows and Mac Users may receive an error when attempting to add or update accounts in Quicken.

Users may receive a CC-506/106 error code, a prompt to reauthorize accounts or a connectivity error window that asks if the account has been closed.

If an error is received, please do not perform any troubleshooting steps such as, reauthorizing, deactivating or reactivating the accounts, instead please allow an hour or two and attempt to add/update accounts once more.

We are working with our Service Providers and Capital One to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.  If you would like to be automatically notified once this has been resolved, please "Bookmark" this Alert by clicking the Yellow Star icon in the upper right corner.

Thank you!
