Message "A schedule update is currently running" when starting Quicken

When I start Quicken I get a message saying that "a schedule update is currently running". No particular time, and it's not clear whether it's something Quicken is doing on my computer or in the cloud. Seems like this has happened in the past. Is there a solution?

Using your Windows Task Manager, see if QW.exe is already running. This MIGHT be a "Scheduled Update" that you've previously set up ... OR, you could actually already have Q running and just forgotten about it.Only 1 copy of Q can run, on your computer, at a time.Q user since DOS version 5
Now running Quicken Windows Subscription, Home & Business

Yep, that was it. But there should have been no other process running since this happened after a reboot. At least now I know how to resolve it when it happens.
Thanks!

Now that we know this ... check for the timing of "Scheduled Updates".
