N/A appearing in memo field

In the past couple of weeks, I have been loosing the content of Memo field. After entering the content of the Memo field, the content is apparent. After saving and closing the file, the memo content becomes "N/A" when the file is opened again.
I am using Quicken - Home and Business, 2019, Version R16.22, Build, Editon Canada
