Can't connect & download - Meijer Platinum Card from Comenity

I have been having issues with my Meijer Platinum Card from Comenity for several months. I can't connect to download transactions. Is there a fix out there?
I am using the subscription Deluxe release 21.17

    No error code. It says it’s nothing I’ve done, it’s just unable to connect at this time.... for several months now :(

    ok - can you log into the online bank website, and see your CC transactions ?
    The CC appears to be listed, so you should be able to Add Account & download.
    So, have you added the account to Quicken ?
    Have you tried the One Step Update to connect & download ?
    Have you tried just logging into the bank online website, and download from there ?
    Do you have to "authorize" the Quicken application within the bank website ?

    Which "selection" in Quicken did you use to setup your Meijer credit card ?

    This is an existing account within my Quicken.
    The error message states "Quicken is having trouble connecting to Meijer Platinum MasterCard" yet when I click on the comenity.net link on the error message, I connect and sign in to my account with no problem.

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review a download log file on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
