Apply category to multiple downloaded transactions before accepting them (updated title)

Would like to be able to select multiple downloaded transactions to be able to apply a category to all of them at the same time before accepting them.

You can select multiple transactions in the non-investment accounts already and then do a find/replace on them.

Perhaps the OP meant downloaded transactions BEFORE they are accepted.

There are other reasons to want that. E.g. to delete several at once.

Proper use of Memorized Payee List entries, in conjunction with Renaming Rules, should take care of this issue. Once established, Quicken should be able to learn from it and make better suggestions for future transactions.

IMHO, this Idea request can be shelved.
