OL-220 Errors with USAA

Two weeks of troubleshooting with Quicken and USAA over OL-220-A errors trying to download. Finally resolved on discovering a VPN connection was active, with SpeedEasy. Once turned off, no errors; turned back on, errors. May help the many OL-220 messages I['ve seen

    I agree. After reading your posting I turned off my VPN and USAA downloaded. No problems with other accounts. Not sure if this is a Quicken or USAA problem. It just started recently for me. Thanks for the help.
