How come I am no longer able to assign a category to a transaction

Good morning all I have been using the Quicken mobile app for a while now and as of recently I am on able to add categories to my transactions on the mobile app also on those transaction it states account not sent again something brand new that I’ve never experienced before anybody have an idea

    Sorry, to hear that you're experiencing this trouble with the mobile app.

    I have a few questions..

    Are you using an Android or an iPhone?

    When you open the app do you add transactions by clicking on "add transaction" or do you select an account first?

    What is the exact error message that you are receiving, "account not sent" isn't an error I'm familiar with?
