quicken file corrupted

I have decades worth of transactions. several files suddenly have only a handful of transactions, an inactive account went from $0 to $35 trillion. validation doesn't seem to resolve. restoring a backup seems to work, but after restarting quicken, problem returns. any ideas? is there a service out there that can help recover my data?
thanks

If restoring a backup works, complete a Validate/Repair on the restored backup and retry. If that does not work then contact Quicken support.Quicken user since 1994.

What is the path to the folder that contains your Quicken data file? Are you using OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Backup? Do you have Controlled Folder Access enabled in Windows Defender?Quicken Subscription HBRP - Windows 100
