when writing checks the amount is not spelled out and memo field is not working

What version ---> Help --> About QuickenHave QWin R21.17 - just tried - printed both Standard and Voucher - both ok -
printed textual amount and also memo fieldQuicken 2020 Deluxe - Subscription - Windows 100 -
mine has always worked also, but writing checks today it failed. can't find any kind of setting for it0

If this behavior is still happening, may I ask, which check style option is selected?
