Quicken 2017 for Windows R19.7 though this problem has happened through several minor version updates...
I don't have this problem in any other app on my computer (and it's happened on 2 computers)
I see other people have reported this in other versions for at least 4 years now... how is this still an issue?

I'm using Quicken 2017 R19.7 as well and have never experienced this problem.Quicken Subscription HBRP - Windows 100
