Can't log in. Says Quicken ID doesn't exist

I am logged into this forum with no problem, but when I went to purchase a Quicken product (which then asks to log in to account), it says i don't have a quicken account.

I have already changed it to be an email, had re-set the password yesterday and was logged in, and don't understand how I can be posting on this forum but be told elsewhere I have no account. I have tried on both US and Canadian Quicken sites. I have checked the password and it is correct

Any ideas?

    FIRST - This Quicken "customer" forum does not use the same User ID / password as the official Quicken.com product website.... you need to create an ID over there.
    ALSO - Are you in Canada - and do you want to use the Quicken for Canada version ?
