Is Quicken Cloud for udating accounts down?

Trying to update balances, I get the usual dialog Verifying Connection to Quicken Cloud, Then a login dialog that flashes a couple of times and goes blank.

    Trying to update accounts, getting the usual dialog Checking connection to Quicken Cloud, then a login dialog that I can't enter a password before it disappears and pops up again, then disappears. Going on all afternoon. Tried to clear/reset Connected Services, get same error. Underlying dialog Getting your Cloud Account setting is hung. Somebody need to wake up and restart the server?
