Trying Quicken Again

:/ Used Quicken for years on a PC back when you had to manually enter every transaction. Switched to MAC in 2010 and still used Quicken and all transactions were automatically downloaded. Got lazy and stopped using Quicken. I just purchased Quicken and now my bank is not listed (NC State Credit Union) and states I will have to manually enter all acct and transactions. I'm not going to do this-Taking a leap back in time. Help! What can I do but ask for a refund.

  • Also stopped using Quicken after I retired b/c my retirement checked is received the 25th of every month instead of end of the month and I could not reset my budget date to anything but 1st-end of month. Got frustrated. After researching I found out that this is an issue with Mac version but not PC.
