Reconcile quicken 2017

On my reconcile page my cleared balance does not match the total for the selected charges, debits. The charges,debits total matches the statement balance. The payments balances are correct.

    If the issue persists, I suggest contacting Support, as they have the tools and resources to further investigate this with you.
