My PNC transactions are no longer downloading.

This was never a problem before this latest update. Does anyone else have this issue?

    No error messages. says "Complete" in one step update. Started a few days ago.

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review a download log file on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.

  • I've had the same symptoms but didn't catch it initially. On the 20th I upgraded from 2017 Deluxe (Mac) to the subscription version and just figured that was the issue. After turning off downloads for PNC I now cannot set them up again to sync. Contacted Quicken and found it to be an open issue under patent ticket 7058373.
  • PNC Checking account suddenly stopped synching on line. AmExp still synchs fine. I worked with tech support at Quicken and PNC - each said it was the other's problem. I have tried multiple permutations of the synchronization methods and none are working. I am using Quicken 2017 for Mac
