How do I resolve, "Parameter stModeLLd requires parameter stDuoOn." errors when trying to cloud sync

I'm using Quicken desktop app build R 22.12.
The transactions get downloaded just fine however when it syncs with the cloud I'm getting the error mentioned above on a few transactions.
Can anyone help me figure out how to resolve this?

  • Wanted to add some details.
    The error occurs in a popup called Quicken Cloud Sync Errors.
    Popup says "During your last sync with the Quicken Cloud we detected the following problems. Please review the recommended fixes, make changes and then click apply."
    The column for severity has "Important" listed in the rows.
    The column for Description has "The desktop transaction in "AccountName" on "DateOfTransaction" for "Dollar Amount" was not synced. Parameter stModeLLd requires parameter stDuoOn." listed in each row.
    The Repair column is blank.
    I have Cancel, Apply, and Later buttons at the bottom.

    If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.
