RESOLVED Sign-In screen is blank for some Quicken Mac Users

We have received notice from some Quicken for Mac Users that when attempting to sign-in to the Quicken ID, the sign-in window is blank.

We have opened a ticket with the Product Teams to investigate this behavior further, but in the meantime we recommend performing a reboot of the Mac and then attempt to sign-in to Quicken once more.

    RESOLVED 11/13/19

    This issue has been resolved with the 5.13.3 release.  It was determined that this behavior was due to a browser update with Safari blocking some components of the Quicken login screen. 

    If you are experiencing this behavior and have not already, please update to the 5.13.3 release (Quicken < Check for Updates), sign out of the Quicken ID and sign back in with the same Quicken ID credentials to resolve this issue.

    We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this issue and if you continue to experience issues after following the above steps, please create a new post to report continuing issues.
