I am still having issues with CitiCards even after updating with R21.17

I am still receiveing Error:CC-501 with Citibank for my Citicards. This has been a problem for the past month. I have made several requests for help and I keep getting responses that it is resolved and it is not. I am trying this time under a different category. Please help....

    All of my account nomenclature have changed to N/A...Example: my Schwab Checking says N/A. Is something wrong with connecting to the Cloud?

    Do all you accounts say N/A in your desktop Quicken or in the Mobile app?
