red flag appears but no transactions appear

I've read the answer to this question posed in april (https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7852302/edited-red-flag-but-no-transactions-appear-for-review) and tried the solutions (https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-says-there-are-transactions-accept-i-do-not-see-any). nothing works. i haven't returned to a former back up version. I can see the transaction from tools>online center" transactions - but when I click "compare to register" they don't populate in register or in dowloaded transactions. HELP

    I have had the same problem and found this note I made and just used it to clear the red flag. Win 10 Quicken 19 R22.12
    GO TO - TOOLS - ACCOUNT LIST - ACCOUNT WITH FLAG - EDIT - ON LINE SERVICES - CHECK NO - LOGOFF QUICKEN - WAIT 40 SEC - LOGIN AGAIN - PLACEHOLDER ENTRIES WILL SHOW ACCEPT ALL WILL CLEAR FLAGS
    You need to accepted the transition. It may put in a void translation, but will clear the flag.
