Quicken Chat?

I can’t seem to initiate a chat session with Quicken. I get to the dialogue that asks what platform I’m using (Mac), and then nothing responds after that. I’ve tried multiple browsers as well as mobile devices. I am not in a position that I can speak on the phone with tech support.

    Also, if you have a pop-up blocker, you need to disable it.

    Exactly. If you use Safari, by default it blocks pop-ups on sites you haven't explicity allowed -- and it does block Quicken chat support from starting. (Stupid design for a support site, in my opinion, but I digress! ;) ) So go to https://quicken.com/contact-support and from the Safri menu, select "Settings for This Website" -- and change the setting for Pop-Up Blockers from "Block and Notify" to "Allow". Now you will be able to initiate the chat session.
