Problem adding docs directly from scanner

:s Quicken shuts down when I try to add a receipt directly from the scanner. I am using Quicken Deluxe 2019 for Windows (R22.12, and an HP OfficeJet 5252 with current software.
This was working for a while, but crashed multiple times today. I can scan the document and see it on my screen, but when I try to click "done," Quicken simply closes.

    I have no problem scanning a receipt into Quicken 2019 but going back to December 2018 some other users have experienced problems with their scanner not scanning the receipt but I didn't observe any resolution to that problem from the community. As an alternative scan the receipt and save it to your desktop. Then click the paper clip icon in Quicken and then select add from file and see if that works for you.
