RESOLVED 10/03/19 American Express Maintenance

We have received notification that American Express is undergoing website maintenance and is temporarily blocking all 3rd party aggregator traffic until maintenance has been completed.

During this maintenance all Quicken for Windows and Mac Users will be unable to add or update accounts with American Express.

We are working with our Service Providers and American Express to restore connections as soon as possible, but do not have an ETA on when maintenance will be completed.

If you would like to be automatically notified once there is an update and/or maintenance is completed, please "Bookmark" this Alert by clicking the Yellow Star icon in the upper right corner.

    UPDATE 10/7/19

    American Express is currently blocking aggregation on both Mac and Windows and is returning  a105/505 error.

    We are working to resolve the issue please try again after 24 hours.

    RESOLVED 10/8/19

    Maintenance has been completed and connections restored.  All Users should now be able to add/update accounts with American Express.
