ONGOING 12/09/19: 10/23/19 Citi Cards OL-301 & CC-502/102 Errors

We are seeing an increase in reports of OL 301 errors for Citi Cards.

This Alert is being updated to include the errors received when using Express Web Connect or Quicken Connect:
CC-505 (QWin)/Error 105 (QMac)
The OL-301 error is still being presented when using Direct Connect.
Downloading and importing a QFX file in the interim is an available option.

This Alert is still listed as ongoing and there is currently no ETA on a resolution.
Users may still receive a CC-502/102 error when attempting to add or update accounts with Citi Cards in Quicken. However, the CC-505/105 error seems to have been resolved.
