    UPDATED 10/23/19

This Alert is being updated to include the errors received when using Express Web Connect or Quicken Connect:

    CC-505 (QWin)/Error 105 (QMac)
    CC-502 (QWin)/Error 102 (QMac)

The OL-301 error is still being presented when using Direct Connect.

The errors are caused by changes and updates being made by Citi to their sites and servers. We have been advised to ask Users to wait 3-5 banking days for a resolution.

Downloading and importing a QFX file in the interim is an available option.

    Thank you!

    ONGOING 11/16/19

This Alert is still listed as ongoing and there is currently no ETA on a resolution.

Users may still receive a CC-502/102 error when attempting to add or update accounts with Citi Cards in Quicken. However, the CC-505/105 error seems to have been resolved.

    We appreciate everyone's patience!
